The hotel is atmospheric and clean, the staff are absolutely brilliant, location is stunning to the kid friendly entertainment in the other hotels on other nights. The room is clean and outstanding, comes with tea, great view, as for instance. The services are good, including a heated pool. At the main bar they serve brilliant food and drinks.

The Christmas gala meal was fantastic.. Staff were helpful and a special thankyou to the head waiter and the bar staff
Brother's room was smelly 5th floor ..complained after moving in and had to wait until the next morning to be moved to a different room..for a 4night stay, not a brilliant start but at least he was moved to a fresher smelling room.
